ACROBATIC NOTES SERVING INVENTION

I Circolabili is a group composed by nine elements based in Rome.

During its first 10 years of activity, it has already participated at a number of important national festivals - for instance "Villa Celimontana Jazz Festival" in 2006, 2007 and 2011 – and international events – for example, "Actual 2010" in Spain – in many renowned venues, such as Auditorium Parco della Musica (2012 and 2015), and Casa del Jazz (2012). This group has also participated at TV programs for the Italian channels Raisat and Rai Futura.

Its first album, "Accordo Ricordo" (Helikonia Records, 2007) can be found in the CD stores of Italy, England and Japan and its distribution is managed by Egea Distrubuzione.


Every track and every composition is absolutely original and it emerged from variegated experiences and influences: traditional Italian folk music, Balkan, Tango, Jazz and Funky.

Every concert of I Circolabili constitutes a very unique show: in their live performances, they collaborate with special guests (acrobats, dancers, jugglers, stilts performers, action painting and much more) who contribute to the creation of a stimulating and unrepeatable event.

The Circolabili's aim is to transform every concert into an eclectic and spectacular performance. Each concert lasts for about 1 hour 45 minutes.

To celebrate the Circolabili's 10th birthday, the group has recently released its second album, "Io me ne vado sul cammello" (tr. I'm leaving on a camel), recorded from a live performance that took place at Teatro Lo Spazio on 21st and 22nd June 2015.
